We were pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated deluxe room and a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine as an upgrade.

The location was great and stunning, at a moderate distance from Elegant Tuscan Window-Shop. The room was beautifully decorated, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a bidet, a shower cap, and fresh towels in the bathroom. Stayed here before and I will be back.

the room is attractive and delightful, it comes with a gorgeous bottle, red wine, toaster. a microwave, an electric kettle and fridges are a nice touch. the employees are nice and lovely.

The location of the hotel is central, right in front of the city center. the room we stayed in was nicely decorated with a gorgeous bottle of red wine and extra blankets.

Comfortable double room with a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine and a water kettle. The location right in front of the city center was super convenient. We had a great time having dinner and drinks at the nearby Old Charlie. 🍷

The hotel units are beautifully decorated and attractive. The location is central, only a 10-15 minute walk from St Martin Cathedral.

Excellent location in the historic district of Lucca, close to Florence and within walking distance to various attractions, shops, and the Roman amphitheater.

I recently stayed at Micheli Suite and had a wonderful time. The location overlooking the Anfiteatro was perfect and provided a stunning view. The apartment itself had a great rustic feel and was spacious. The air conditioning was a blissful relief from the hot weather. The provided breakfast items and bottle of wine were a nice touch, and the plentiful coffee pods and coffee frother allowed for a variety of delicious coffees. Self-catering was also made possible with the small hob and combo microwave. a beautiful and comfortable stay.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Amazing value for the money! The apartment was gorgeous, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the windows overlooking the piazza was breathtaking. Plus, the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the bustling shopping street. The staff were friendly and helpful, even leaving a lovely bottle of wine and supplies in the fridge. Perfect for couples and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
